Terms & Conditions

1. Object and scope of the contract

By using the website www.corporateClub.ch (hereinafter referred to as "C-club" or "the Website"), operated by GenevaOnline SARL (Swiss UID CHE-113.460.044.), the user of C-club (hereinafter referred to as the "the User" or "Users") declares that he/she accepts these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the T&Cs).

2. What is C-club

A closed platform, accessible only by employees of selected organisations, granting access to discounts at selected Service Providers (especially Geneva-based restaurants, spas & activities).

3. How to redeem the discounts

Unless mentioned otherwise, users do not need to pre-pay on C-club or to buy vouchers. Instead, to redeem a C-club discount, users must do this:

• See on C-club the discount they want
• Access via C-club the Discount Code for that discount and ensure they comply with the Discount Conditions mentioned for each discount
• Present the C-club Discount Code at the service provider

4. Discounts may end / change

Discounts are valid only while they’re presented on C-club (unless stated otherwise), and some Discounts may end without warning

5. The responsibility of C-club towards the service & discount provided by the Service Provider

C-club's role is to negotiate the discounts with the Service Providers, and to then enable the Service Provider to announce the discounts to C-club members via the Site.

C-club spends significant effort in accepting discounts only from providers that we believe are trust-worthy and of high quality. If we learn that a service provider doesn’t respect agreed discounts or provides a lesser service, we will move fast to remove this service provider from C-club.

However, to use the discount, the user must contact the Service Provider directly, and only the Service Provider and the User enter a contractual relationship, while C-club is excluded from the contractual relationship.

As a result:

• C-club can not guarantee the discount will be respected. C-club may not be held liable in this respect
• C-club is not responsible for the quality and completeness of the products or services given to users. C-club may not be held liable in this respect

In addition to C-club’s T&Cs, the general terms and conditions of the service provider with whom the User enters into a contractual relationship also apply between these parties, but in no way apply to C-club.

6. C-club mediation between users and Service Providers

If problems arise during the use of C-club Discount Codes, C-club undertakes to mediate between the User and the Service Provider with the intention of finding a solution.

7. The responsibility of the organisation you work towards the service & discount provided by the Service Provider and towards your relationship with C-club

The organisation that you work for agreed that its employees could access C-club, but has no responsibility towards the service & discount provided by the Service Provider, and towards your relationship with C-club. 

8. Changes, technical errors and limitation of liability

C-club reserves the right to modify, limit or discontinue at any time all or part of the Website, without prior notice or information, in particular in order to improve the Website or to remedy technical errors or for the purpose of maintenance, updating or development.

C-club excludes all liability for any damage resulting from interruptions, malfunctions, loss of data or alterations to the operation of the Website or the App which can be attributed, in whole or in part, to local conditions, the Customer’s IT infrastructure, human error, connection problems, communication problems, improper use of the Website, hacking or cyber-attacks, or the like, if the latter is not the result of gross negligence or wilful misconduct from C-club.

9. Modification of the T&Cs

C-club may modify or amend the current T&Cs at any time without restriction or having to inform the Customer in advance.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law is the law applicable to the relationships between the parties. In the event of a dispute arising from these T&Cs, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be canton Geneva.

The app "Buyclub for business owners" lets C-club and BuyClub service providers verify & accept Discount Codes.

App Login
The app requires a unique merchant login which is provided by CorporateClub.

Permissions
The app requires access to:

Camera

• take pictures and videos

Other

• view network connections
• control flashlight
• full network access
• control vibration

Information about voucher usage is collected & saved by CorporateClub.

• Numbers & types of vouchers used
• Names on the vouchers
• Date & time vouchers were used

​How We Use This Information
We use the collected information to calculate payments & to understand when vouchers are used

Who We Share The Information With
The information we collect can be accessed by specific CorporateClub personnel.
Anonymous statistics about voucher usage may be shared with other CorporateClub merchants
